Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of thepenelle.com (the “Site”) and to purchases from The Penelle (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price or product was listed in error, and we’ll refund any payment in full. Your order is accepted when it ships.

2. Preorders

Preordered items ship within the time stated on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships.

3. Returns

Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Product use

Use our products only as directed on the product page and packaging. Gel polish contains ingredients that can cause skin sensitivity in some people; do a patch test and stop use if irritation occurs. Product images are for illustration; shade can look slightly different on screen.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images and logos, belongs to The Penelle or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
